Using a work in teaching and scientific research

The right of the personnel and students of a university to make copies of published works for teaching and scientific purposes is allowed according to contractual licences. See Digitising material and digital copying.

Further, in educational activities, a work made public, performed by a teacher or a student, may be reproduced by direct recording of sound or image for temporary use in educational activities. A copy thus made may not be used for other purposes.
