• The call for papers form for individual papers was open from the 15 November 2015 and the deadline for individual papers was 31 December 2015. Instructions (f.ex. abstract word count) for individual papers will be provided in the form. During this individual papers cfp you have the opportunity to apply for a specifically themed open session with your abstract and/or to submit an own abstract. Follow the “open session topics” link for topics and abstracts. See frequently asked questions for more information.

• The call for papers form for session proposals was open from 1 September 2015 and the deadline for session proposals was 30 October 2015. We invited proposals for closed sessions (with a fixed chair and speakers) and open sessions (with a chair and a theme). The open session consists of one or two chair(s) and max. four panelists who will apply for a session during the cfp for individual papers. Detailed instructions for both session submission proposals will be provided in the form below. Also see frequently asked questions on the different “call for papers”.

After submitting a session/paper proposal you will also need to fill in the registration form for conference payment separately (form for registration opens February 2016) – mark your calendar.
