The University of Helsinki does not provide accommodation. Each participant makes their own reservations and all hotel fees are to be paid directly to the hotel. When making an online booking with one of the hotels below, remember to enter the allotment code to get discounted rates. For the 1st hotel, discounted rates are available based on hotel availability at the time of booking, and for the 2nd only 45 rooms have been allotted to the conference guests and should be booked no later than 22.07.2017, the third offers 50 rooms with discounted prices until 18.07.2017.

Centrally located in Helsinki next to Kaisaniemi Metro Station Hotel Cumulus Kaisaniemi is within walking distance from Helsinki Central Railway Station and 5 min walk to the conference venue.
The hotel offer standard and superior rooms and the rates include breakfast, wifi and free use of the sauna.

For Hotel Arthur reservations should be made latest 22.07.2017 and over the phone or via email only. Discount reservations through the website are not possible.
