This page will later contain the documentation and code for two pieces of software I’ve developed for two publications:

• Posio, a population simulator program used in Lappalainen et al. Eur J Hum Genet 2010.
• HaploWinder, a flexible haplogroup assignment tool used in Lappalainen et al. Annals of Human Genetics 2009.

Additionally, I will include other pieces of code that have not featured in any publications yet.
