This semester will be dedicated to a transdisciplinary approach to European Bio-legal and Bio-ethical challenges pertaining to data protection, human germline engineering and biobanking. Focus will be made on the methodologies applicable to these issues as well as the improvement of legal thinking in this specific field of Law.
