This Fabric Collage course is an advanced embroidery course. It requires that the student has completed a course in basic embroidery or similar, and has gained knowledge in basic hand embroidery (basic stitches) and machine embroidery techniques (using zigzag and free running stitch). Knowledge of stabilizers and fusible materials used in embroidery will help, since they are only referred to within this course.
