The preparation of the strategy and measure programmes supporting it is divided into three stages:

1. Analysis of the current situation in January
– campus events in January
– online questionnaire 1 in February 2011
2. Starting from April 2011 until April 2012, the strategic vision will be clarified, strategic objectives will be set and measure programmes will be planned. The Board will approve the new strategy and action programmes in February
– online questionnaire 2 in May 2011
3. Unit-specific target programmes supporting the implementation of the strategy and the university level target programme will be drawn up in the autumn 2012.
