Conference participation fee 240 €
Conference participation fee, students (full-time graduate/doctoral student) 160 €

Conference dinner, May 12th 50 €

The conference participation fee includes
– admission to the conference sessions
– lunch, coffee/tea and snacks during breaks
– admission to the University of Helsinki Reception on Thursday, May 11th

The conference participation fee does not include the conference dinner on Friday, May 12th.

Cancellations

In case you wish to cancel your registration, please contact the organizer (iia-2017[a]helsinki.fi). For cancellations made by April 16th, 2017, you will receive a partial refund of the conference registration fee. An administrative fee of 50 € will be withheld.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made after April 16th, 2017.
