The options listed below are available with a discount for the INAR4-conference participants. All hotels are located in the centre of Helsinki, within a short distance from the conference venue. Conference participants are responsible for reserving their hotel accommodation.

We have pre-reserved a number of rooms from the University guest-house Töölö Towers (Pohjoinen Hesperiankatu 23 A, 00260 Helsinki) for the duration of the conference and the following weekend.
The quota available for INAR4 participants includes single rooms (for single occupancy only) for the dates 7-11.06.2017 with the following rates: 329€/4 nights or 103€/night. All rooms and apartments have WC and shower. Check-in is possible after 14:00 on the day of arrival, check-out by 12:00 on the day of departure.

The reservation should include your name, arrival and departure dates, and a mention of INAR4 as the quota you wish to make the reservation from. Your reservation will be confirmed depending on the availability within the quota.
The hotel requires credit card authorization, you will receive the details along with the confirmation.

The hotel offers conference guests the following accommodation options: Jugend single rooms 135€/night or Superior single rooms for 145€/night for the dates 07-11.06.2017. Please book the rooms before 15.05.2017. Accommodation includes breakfast and VAT.

The reservation may be cancelled without any costs by 18:00 on the day before the day of your arrival. If there is anything preventing you from coming, please cancel the reservation by contacting the sales department or the reception in order to avoid cancellation fees.
