Visit to Duluth / Vierailu Duluthiin

PI and Ferenc Molnár traveled to Duluth, MN, to view the outcrops and drill cores from the Duluth Igneous Complex, sample wallrocks (metasedimentary rocks and granitoids) for the melting experiments, and meet people who are the experts on the geology of the complex. The visit was very successful and crucial for the development of ideas and future research. The PI sincerely acknowledges the hospitality and help of the staff of the Natural Resources Research Institute, University of Minnesota Duluth, and Drill Core Library of the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources in Hibbing!
