MISSION

The Language Centre is a unit of expertise in language teaching and research, whose task is to provide the language and communication courses required for the completion of degrees granted by all the Faculties of the University, to support the internationalization of the students and staff, and to offer a wide range of language and communication services to the university community and other customers.

OBJECTIVES AND DEVELOPMENT PLANS

The year 2016 was the fourth and the last in the Language Centre’s 2013–2016 target programme period.

The specific areas of development in the programme are the support of the University’s internationalisation and multilingualism, the multidisciplinary development of the quality of teaching, the creation of language courses and services that meet the needs of the University, the development of connections with working life, and the maintenance of a collegial and inspiring work community.
