I’m a sociologist doing research on science and technology. Lately my main focus has been on health data, biomedicine, biobanks and genomics – and their relations to society. My goal is to generate academic knowledge that can be easily utilised to further responsible development of science and technology.

Olen tieteen- ja teknologiantutkija, tai -sosiologi. Viime aikoina olen tutkinut erityisesti terveysdataa, biolääketiedettä, biopankkeja ja genomitietoa – sekä niiden moninaisia yhteyksiä ympäröivään yhteiskuntaan. Tavoitteenani on luoda akateemista tutkimusta, jota voidaan hyödyntää vastuullisen tieteen ja teknologian kehittämisessä.
