The registration fee covers participation in the program, the coffees and sandwiches served in between the sessions and in the opening and the closing of the conference (before the excursion), but niether lunches on Friday and Saturday nor the conference dinner on Friday.

Lunch prices at the university restaurant (UniCafe Porthania) vary from 6 to 10 euros, and nearby there are plenty of places to have a lunch on about 10 euros or more.

The Conference Dinner at Hotel Vaakuna (Restaurant Kaarre) on Friday, warmly recommended to all, is to be paid through the link below by 30 November according to either one of these options:

The evaluation of the conference on Sunday morning will take place in Arthur.

Eurohostel, http://eurohostel.eu/, is a good budget option located conveniently at a walking distance in the downtown district of Katajanokka. It is easily reached also with trams number 4 and 4T which pass by the central university campus and the conference venue. Room rates are around 50 EUR/night.

The Uspenski Cathedral, where we will have welcome addressed on Saturday evening, is located in Katajanokka as well.
