Venue and accommodation

The conference takes place in Berlin. The conference is hosted by the Nordic embassies in Berlin, located in Berlin-Tiergarten. Address: Rauchstr. 1, D-10787 Berlin.

Public transportation is recommended:

• S-Bahn: S3, S5, S7 and S75 to »Zoologischer Garten«, then bus 100 or 200 to »Nordische Botschaften«
• S-Bahn: S1, S2, S25 to »Potsdamer Platz«, then bus 200 to »Nordische Botschaften«

Accommodation is arranged in Hotel Berlinin City West. Address: Lützowplatz 17, 10785 Berlin at the participants’ own account. Accommodation is available from June 3 – June 5, 2013 and the price is 139 €/night. Extra nights can be inquired from the hotel. The participants should make the reservations by themselves by April 9, 2013. The hotel will need full credit card details to guarantee the reservation.
