The ReNEW Seminar is an interdisciplinary seminar arranged by the Center for Nordic Studies (CENS). Before fall 2018, the seminar was known under the name “Nordic Studies Research Seminar” (NSRS). The ReNEW Seminar is part of new Nordic university hub ReNEW (Reimagining Norden in an Evolving World), which aims at developing path-breaking research on the Nordic region within a challenging global context.
The seminar aims to bring together researchers and advanced students who are interested in research about the Nordic region. We meet every second Thursday, 16:15-17:45, to discuss Nordic research from various disciplines, such as history, social science, cultural studies or literature. The seminar is held at Unioninkatu 38 A 109 (Russian Room). Everyone, who is interested in Nordic research, may join the seminar!
