Renewing your Oodi user permits:

You will get an automatic message to your email that your user role is about to expire. At this point you should contact your superior and ask them to renew your role in HERO.

Changing your Oodi user permits:

If you need to make changes to your existing user permits you have to submit a new application in HERO.

Cancelling your Oodi user permits:

If you no longer need Oodi or some of your Oodi user permits, please cancel your roles in HERO.
