Eero Hyvönen is a Professor of Semantic Media Technology at Aalto University, Department of Computer Science, where he directs the Semantic Computing Research Group (SeCo). He is also Director of the Helsinki Centre for Digital Humanities (HELDIG) at the University of Helsinki. He is Principal investigator of the Aalto University part of the project (Subproject II), specializing on the technology and implementation of the proto-type of the project.
