Ympäristö- ja elintarviketalouden digiloikka-hanke ja Opetusteknologiapalvelut järjestää keskiviikkona 29.11. klo 14.15-16.00 Viikin oppimiskeskuksessa maistiaisia opetusteknologian välineistä.
Tilaisuuden alussa aiheiden lyhyet esittelyt, jonka jälkeen osallistujien on mahdollisuus perehtyä tarkemmin itseään kiinnostaviin aiheisiin tapaspisteillä. Varaa aika kalenteriisi jo nyt, lisätietoa ilmoittautumisesta ja tarjoilusta yms. seuraa lähempänä tilaisuutta!

Viikin tiimi täydentyi lokakuun alusta Sanna-Katjalla, eli Viikin verkko-opetusasioissa tukenasi on kolmikko Sanna-Katja Parikka, Outi Valkama ja Kristian Lindqvist. Meidät tavoittaa Infokeskus Koronan huoneesta 345 ja tulemme mielellämme myös käymään koulutusohjelmakohtaisilla visiiteillä.

Viikin oppimiskeskus (Biokeskus 1, 1401)
Syksystä asti Optimessa on ollut varattavissa ja sitä myöten aktiivisessa opetuskäytössä uusi oppimiskeskus entisen Impact Factoryn tiloissa Biokeskus 1:ssa. Minervatoria mukailevassa, erityisesti pienryhmätyöskentelyyn soveltuvassa oppimiskeskuksessa on kolme erikseen varattavaa huonetta, joista kahdessa on käytettävissä Unitube-tallennus ja kahdessa älytaulu Cleverboard. Tila on avoinna opiskelijoille opetuksen ulkopuolella.

Welcome to the Digitapas afternoon on 29th November, 2017
The digital leap project of the Food and Environmental Sciences together with the Educational Technology Services, offers you tasters of educational technology topics on Wednesday 29th November, 2017 at 2.15 PM – 4.00 PM at the Viikki Learning Center in Biokeskus 1401.
At the beginning of the event, there will be short presentations of the topics, after which the participants may roam freely and visit the tapas points which present the different services and provide consultation according to the participants’ interests. Please save the date in your calendars already – more information on how to sign up and on refreshments will follow soon!

Educational Technology Services in Viikki
In October, the team in Viikki is joined by Sanna-Katja, who will complete and complement the Viikki Educational technology services team. Faculty and staff at Viikki are now supported in educational technologies -related topics by the trio of Sanna-Katja Parikka, Outi Valkama and Kristian Lindqvist. You can find us at Infokeskus Korona, room 345. Additionally, we are happy to provide individual consultation for you by email, phone, or we can visit your office. Viikki Learning Center (Biokeskus 1, 1401)
Already in frequent teaching use since the beginning of this academic year, the new Viikki learning center has been opened in the former Impact Factory premises of Biocenter 1 (room 1401). With a versatile design, influenced by the Minerva Plaza, the Viikki learning center is especially suitable for small group teaching, and there are three rooms that can be booked either all together or separately (bookings through Optime). Two of the rooms are are equipped with Unitube-recording and two with Cleverboard-smartboards. The learning center can be used by students when there are no scheduled teaching reservations.
The digital leap applications round is open
The 2nd round of applications for the Digital Leap in Eduction-Project for Bachelor’s and Master’s Programmes opened on 9th October and the first application stage ends on 22nd October. For more information, please visit:

During the second stage of the two-stage application process, the project plans are presented at a session for open discussion. The openness and visibility of the plans are put more in focus than previously.
