Genuinely Equal – Assessing the Non-discrimination Act

The principle of non-discrimination is one of the cornerstones of human rights. This project examines the effectiveness of the new Non-discrimination Act that came into force in 2015 from the perspective of access to justice.

The project is funded by the Government’s analysis, assessment and research activities. The project is implemented by the Institute of Criminology and Legal Policy at the University of Helsinki together with the Owal Group.
