With the Year of the Rabbit just around the corner, the Finnish China Law Center would like to wish a happy Chinese New Year to our Chinese, Nordic and global friends and partners alike.
During the last year, the Center has successfully organized several online and hybrid events on a wide variety of topics in Chinese Law. We would like to express sincere gratitude to all the co-organizers, chairs, speakers, commentators and participants for having supported us in 2022.
In 2023, the Center will continue to organize diverse events and activities with the aim of promoting research and education in Chinese law and legal culture. A stellar event to be looked forward to is the 17th Annual Conference of the European China Law Studies Association co-organized with our member institution, the University of Helsinki Faculty of Law. The Conference will be a platform for scholars and professionals to exchange ideas about Chinese law and initiate research collaboration.
