The event was opened by European Commission President José Manuel Barroso, together with European Parliament President Jerzy Buzek and Commissioner Androulla Vassiliou, who has overall responsibility for the Marie Curie program. Jonathan Duplissy, a researcher of CLOUD-ITN, was invited by the Research Executive Agency among 25 young scientists to give a presentation. The European Commission has highly appreciated the contribution of the CLOUD project to the development of European research.”
