During October-November 2021, I sat down over Zoom with 4 experts in the fields of Russian pension and elderly care policy. Our discussions cover a wide range of topics, including why pension reforms are sometimes reversed, how private companies are increasingly entering the elderly care sphere, and the challenges older Russians living in rural areas face.
