Esko has been working for the digital transformation of education and training for over 20 years as a researcher, learning designer and content developer. He has trained and supported teachers in all levels of education to implement digital tools and pedagogy into action, and developed e-learning practices in several international projects.
Esko is passionate to leverage his expertise in video pedagogy to develop engaging online courses and to improve teachers’ and students’ well-being. Currently, his primary interest is to explore the potential of simulations in different virtual environments to enhance experiential and collaborative learning.
