University of HelsinkiHelsinkiUni Talent Programme was kicked off on 25.11.2021. This is the start of a 6 month group mentoring journey for 72 mentees and mentors from 9 organizations. The mentees have also had their first career workshop, where we discussed the benefits of mentoring and networking.
