Student applications are open from 16.09 – 06.10.2020. Please read the Apply page for detailed instructions.
HITP is aimed at giving international students information about a certain industry or field in Finland. Through a series of group meetings hosted by organizational mentors and career management workshops held by Career Services, student mentees will learn about Finnish working life, from the specifics of how to enter field of interest to the practicalities of finding a job in Finland.
Whether you have just begun your studies or are writing your thesis, HITP offers great opportunities from gaining resources and potential topics for your thesis to gaining knowledge and connections for entering the job market!
You can find the full lists of participating programmes and organizational mentors on our Participating Degree Programmes and Companies and Organizations pages.
For students, the programme starts in November and ends in May 2021. You can find the detailed schedule of events on our Schedule page.
If you have any questions, please consult the FAQ page or contact us for more information.

It is a brand new initiative which has been developed within the national Talent Boost framework. You can find out more about the background of the programme in the What is HITP–section.
HITP is designed to support international students in building professional networks in Finland and to gain insight into local working life. Students take part in the programme by attending group meetings with a company mentor. These meet-ups happen once a month for a period of six months.
