16.9- 6.10. 2020: Student application period (Detailed information can be found under the Apply page)
- Companies and organizations admit mentees to their groups based on the application document. Notification will be given to applicants by 5.11.2020.
- When applying, the student commits to attending all events and meetings which are organized during the programme.
THE PROGRAMME BEGINS
26.11.2020: Online career workshop 1 for the mentees. We will work on how to identify and verbalize competencies, and practise how to make good personal introductions.
3.12.2020: Kick off! The event will be online, streamed from Think Corner.
January – May 2021: Students and companies meet for mentoring sessions. There will be 3-5 meetings. Topics include introduction of the partner and the field of operation, required competencies for the field in question and tips for job hunting. In the process, the partner also gets to know the mentees, what they are studying, what their skills are and of course what kind of career plans they have.
8.2.2021: Career workshop 2 for mentees (mode to be confirmed). We will work on goal mapping and refine networking strategies.
20.5 2021: Closing event
After HITP, the companies/ organizations and the students are free to continue working together if they wish to do so. Otherwise, there are no commitments on either side when the programme ends.
