E-lomake E-lomake is an electronic form system for creating and maintaining feedback survey forms. All students and teachers at the university can use the service to create a form using the many question types available: radio buttons, checkboxes, freetext fields etc. Every form is then given a unique URL that can be distributed via e-mail (for example) to anyone who needs to fill in the form. The participant enters the information and the answers are collected in a dataset that can be surveyed by e-lomake -users with access rights to that particular form, and the dataset can be exported to Excel, SPSS, csv or xml-format.

E-lomake editorE-lomake has many uses: course feedback surveys (teaching), scientific questionnaires (research) or simply as a tool for letting participants register for an event (administration). Editing and copying forms and questions has been made simple with a system based on four buttons: Edit, Delete, Copy and Move -buttons. Moving questions inside a form is made simple by a drag’n’drop editor.

E-lomake is currently used as the default way of electronically gathering  student feedback as stated by the Feedback System at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. It is simpler to use than the similar functionality offered by the student administration service WebOodi, which in many ways would be more convenient to use as the primary tool for collecting student feedback were it not so ungainly compared with E-lomake. And E-lomake can also be used for other purposes, giving it even more value for those who learn to use it.
