Student services
The student information points provide services for all students at the University of Helsinki. The new Student Information at Kaisa House will have longer opening hours and it is more accessible as it enables students to e.g. get general advice regarding enrollment and student benefits while visiting the library.
In addition to face-to-face visits, you can still contact the students services via e-mail and phone. Student services points are specialized in one or more faculties, and you can also book an appointment there for counselling regarding your studies in the specific degree programme and faculty.
