My research focuses on  #sustainability in #food #consumption, #behavioral #environmental #economics and the pedagogy of economic education #teachecon. 

I am currently part of the Legumes for Sustainable Food System and Healthy Life Leg4Life research project  funded by the Strategic Research Council (SRC) at the Academy of Finland.
