The following training activities and materials for employer partners will be implemented during the project:
• Mentoring training
• Development sessions
• Workplace coaching
• Study of diverse workplaces
Through all these activities, employers will increase their skills in such a way that they are better prepared to recruit immigrant employees, provide them with workplace orientations, support them in their career development, and utilise their expertise, to a fuller extent than prior to the training and within and between work assignments.
