One Step Ahead ry (OSA) was founded in 2021 by a group of enthusiastic students enrolled in the Changing Education master’s programme at the University of Helsinki. Our goal is to create a community of students and experts interested in the research-based improvement of education, while also creating a space for English-speaking students at the Faculty of Educational Sciences to be involved and represented.
