About me

Hello!

I’m Outi Koskinen, a PhD student in sociology at the University of Helsinki, working at the Centre for Consumer Society Research. My research interests include food practices, meat consumption, care and caring, more-than-human sociology, practice theories, and science and technology studies.

In my PhD research, I’m studying everyday food consumption as multiple relations of care, empirically focussing on food practices involving meat in consumers’ everyday life.

Here you can find more information on my publications, collaborations, and other activities. See also my profiles on ORCID, Researchgate, and Twitter.

My PhD encircles these research interests.
