Other academic activities
I’m a member of the executive committee of The Finnish Society for Science and Technology Studies. I’ve been involved with, for example, organising a panel discussion “Isolation and solitude in academic work” aimed at early-career researchers (March 2021).
I’m also a regular participant in KOP (Käytäntöteorian opintopiiri), a practice-theory oriented study circle.
I’ve found that being involved in different kinds of collaborations has enriched the PhD journey and produced interesting intellectual cross-pollination.
