Nimikkotutkijamme Heta Tuominen-Soini on siis tutkinut tavoiteorientaatioryhmien ja koulu-uupumuksen välisiä yhteyksiä. Nyt on ainutlaatuinen tilaisuutesi testata omaa motivoituneisuuttasi, eli mihin orientaatioryhmään kuulut!

Ohjeet:

Vastaa allaoleviin kysymyksiin mahdollisimman omaa itseäsi kuvaavasti. Laske lopuksi kuinka monta A, B, C ja D vastausta sait ja tarkista postauksen lopusta mihin ryhmään kuulut. Suhtaudu testiin lempeästi 😉

Nyt voidaan aloittaa…

1. Miten menestyt koulussa?

    A) Todella hyvin, sillä oppiminen on hauskaa ja helppoa!

    B) Todella hyvin, koska haluan menestyä.

    C) Kohtalaisesti – koulu ei ole minulle tärkeintä.

    D) Heikosti, ei kiinnosta!!!!!!

2. Kuinka suhtaudut koulun asettamiin vaatimuksiin ja tehtäviin?

    A) Innolla! Haluan oppia jatkuvasti lisää ja kehittää itseäni.

    B) Kunnianhimoisesti. Teen paljon töitä menestymiseni eteen.

    C) Vaihtelevasti. Pidän koulua tärkeänä, mutta aina ei jaksa tai tarvitse menestyä.

    D) Negatiivisesti. Menen sieltä mistä aita on matalin.

3. Uuvuttaako koulu?

    A) Ei erityisen paljon, koska koen sen mielekkääksi.

    B) Kyllä, sillä koen menestymisestä paineita.

    C) Ei, arvosanat eivät ole sen arvoisia.

    D) Kyllä, jatkuvat epäonnistumiset uuvuttavat.

4. Kuinka motivoituneeksi koet itsesi?

    A) Sisäisesti erittäin motivoituneeksi, haluan oppia itseni vuoksi.

    B) Ulkoisesti erittäin motivoituneeksi, haluan oppia, koska haluan parhaimmat arvosanat.

    C) En koe itseäni erityisen motivoituneeksi, mutten myöskään motivoitumattomaksi.

    D) En ole motivoitunut lainkaan.

 

 

Eniten A-vaihtoehtoja:

Olet oppimisorientoitunut ja sisäisesti motivoitunut. Sinulle ei niinkään ole tärkeää arvosanat, vaan asioiden syvällinen oppiminen. Et myöskään ole koulu-uupumuksen riskiryhmässä.

Eniten B-vaihtoehtoja:

Olet menestysorientoitunut ja ulkoisesti motivoitunut. Arvosanat ja menestys ovat sinulle tärkeintä. Sinulla on suurin todennäköisyys koulu-uupumukseen, koska menestyksellä on hintansa.

Eniten C-vaihtoehtoja:

Olet sitoutumaton. Ymmärrät koulun tärkeyden, muttet jaksa panostaa enempää kuin on tarpeellista kurssien läpipääsyyn. Epäonnistuminen ei ole big deal etkä koe olevasi uupunut koulun vuoksi.

Eniten D-vaihtoehtoja:

Olet välttämisorientoitunut etkä ollenkaan motivoitunut koulutyöhön. Häpeälliset epäonnistumisen kokemukset saavat sinut välttelemään haastavia tehtäviä ja vertailevia tilanteita. Tästä syystä olet koulu-uupumukseen taipuvainen.

    Wuhuu, tämä toi hieman lohtua syyssateiden ja pikkuhiljaa syntyvän stressin päälle 😀 Koulun alusta asti ollut kyllä motivaatiota, kun vihdoinkin pääsi opiskelemaan sitä mitä halusi ja sai mahdollisuuden edetä omassa elämässään. Vaikka osa kursseista on todella mielenkiintoisia, odottelen vielä todellisen intohimon syttymistä. Tärkeintä on, että kursseista pääsee läpi, mutta olisi se kiva oppiakin oikeasti jotain hyödyllistä ja mielekästä. Parilla kurssilla olisi potentiaalia olla erittäin mielenkiintoisia, jos niillä keskusteltaisiin asioista, eikä vain kuunneltaisi luentoa. Kokemusperustaiset kurssimuodot – kuten tämä meidän P5, jossa tehdään ryhmän kanssa oikeasti jotain järkevää (esim. tutkijahaastattelu) – auttavat oppimaan ja näkemään asiat paremmin ja ymmärrettävästi. Voi jopa innostua, kun pääsee itsekin tekemään jotain.

    Auts, tulokset hiihtelee tuolla B-D vastausten välillä. Mistäs se motivaatio syntyikään ja miten? Nyt vinkkejä etsimään.
    Aihe on mielenkiintoinen ja sitä opiskelee mielellään ja huomaan kyllä oppineeni valtavasti uutta, mutta…syvällinen oppiminen on aina kauniina tavoitteena ja sitten sitä huomaan kuitenkin rämpivänsä pakolliset hommat läpi.
    Onneksi kurssi on sen verran sitova ja omalla tavallaan vaativa, että osallistuminen luo sitä lisämotivaatiota. Luennoilla nukkuminen kun on mahdotonta niin tieto tihkuu korvasta sisään väkisinkin =D
