Hupsista nyt. Tuntuuko sinustakin jo hieman siltä, että irtiotto arjesta tekisi ihan todella kivaa? Nou stress, et ole ainoa! Yhis palaa onneksi jälleen juuri oikealla hetkellä kuvioihin – kutkuttavan perioditauon lähestyessä – perinteikkään KEVÄTMATKAN muodossa!
Käytännön infoa:
Matka sijoittuu perioditauolle 3.3. – 7.3.2020. Matka on luonteeltaan omakustanteinen ja vapaamuotoinen. Vapaaehtoiset ohjelmanumerot, jotka vaativat sitoutumisen etukäteen, ovat erillisinä vaihtoehtoina e-lomakkeessa. Näitä ovat muun muassa opastettu vierailu Suomen Suurlähetystöön Kiovassa keskiviikkona 4.3. klo 15 sekä päiväretki Tsernobyliin torstaina 5.3.
Tsernobyliä koskevasta opastetusta päiväretkestä on tulossa lisätietoa tapahtumaan ennen e-lomakkeen avautumista. Muusta kiehtovasta ohjelmasta tulee lisätietoa myöhemmin.
Yhis varaa yhteisen rennon hostellin keskustasta, joten sinun huoleksesi jää vain sinulle parhaan matkustusmuodon löytäminen! Majoitus tulee maksamaan neljältä yöltä noin 55e/hlö. Osallistujille lähetetään tarkemmat tiedot majoituksesta myöhemmin. Kiovaan on mahdollista matkustaa vaihtoehtoisesti maata pitkin, ja olemmekin selvitelleet elämyksellisiä ja kohtuuhintaisia reittejä – tsekkaathan lisätietoja aiheesta myöhemmin eventissä! Menopaluu lennot Kiovaan ovat noin 170-230e.
Ilmoittautuminen:
Ilmoittautuminen matkalle tapahtuu e-lomakkeella, joka julkaistaan tässä tapahtumassa ja yhmun sähköpostilistalla. Lomake aukeaa 5.2. klo 14:00 ja sulkeutuu 16.2. klo 23:59!
Huomioithan, että ilmoittautuminen matkalle on sitova!
Osallistujille lähetetään lisätietoa sähköpostitse lopullisten yksityiskohtien selvittyä. Matkalle ovat tervetulleita mukaan kaikki yhteiskunnallisen muutoksen opintosuuntien opiskelijat ja muut innostuneet fuksista maisteriin! The long winter or actually the endless November is coming to an end which means that Yhis’ spring trip is here! This year Yhis students and all those with Yhis mindset are travelling to Kiev, Ukraine.
Practical information:
The trip is on period break 3.3. – 7.3.2020. More information on accommodation and program will be published later. The trip itself is mostly informal. The only programs you need to commit to in advance (in case you want to join) are listed on the e-form (e-lomake) published later at this event. These include an organized trip to Embassy of Finland in Kiev and a day trip to Chernobyl. More information about the day trip will be published at this event before the e-form opens.
Yhis will make a common reservation for a hostel in the center of Kiev, but everyone has to get the tickets to Kiev independently. The cost for the accommodation for four nights will be around 55e /person. More information about the accommodation will be sent later. It is also possible to travel by land to Kiev. We have researched a few possible routes with reasonable prices – for more information, please check a post about alternative travel routes later in the event discussion section. A round-trip flight ticket to Kiev cost about 170-230e.
Application form:
The sign up for the trip will be through the e-form (e-lomake), which will be published at the Facebook-event and in the yhmu-email list. The form will opens on wednesday the 5th of February at 2p.m. and closes on the 16th of February at 12a.m.
Amount of places for the trip is limited; we warmly suggest you to check the calendar asap. We welcome every student from Valtsika – especially the Society and Change program – to join us on the Yhis’ autumn journey!
