Maisteri- ja tohtoripromovendien ilmoittautuminen kesäkuussa 2022 järjestettävään maatalous-metsätieteellisen tiedekunnan promootioon on nyt auki. Ennakkoilmoittautumisia tuli runsain määrin ja  kaikille ennakkoon kiinnostustaan osoittaneille onkin lähetetty henkilökohtainen kutsu kotiin – oletko jo saanut omasi?

Varmista paikkasi vuosikymmenen loisteliaimmassa juhlassa ilmoittautumalla mukaan!

Juhla on suunnattu kaikille, jotka ovat valmistuneet tiedekunnastamme maistereiksi tai tohtoreiksi edellisen promootion jälkeen. Ilmoittautumisaika päättyy 2.5. Kahden vuoden odotus tulee viimein päätökseen ensi kesäkuussa, kun maatalous-metsätaloustieteellisen tiedekunnan tohtorit ja maisterit kokoontuvat promovoitaviksi. Edellisistä promootiosta on vierähtänyt jo lähes 8 vuotta, ja kaikki vuoden 2014 jälkeen valmistuneet ovatkin tervetulleita juhlistamaan opintojen saattamista päätökseen perinteisin menoin. Ennakkoilmoittautuminen promootioon on ollut jo käynnissä, ja varsinainen kutsu ilmoittautuneille lähetetään maaliskuun aikana. Vaikka ennakkoilmoittautuminen olisi mennyt sivu suun, vielä ehtii mukaan – linkki ilmoittautumiseen aukeaa 10.3.

The Solemn Conferment of the Faculty of Agriculture and Forestry of the University of Helsinki will be held in June 2022!

The two year delay comes to an end next June as the Solemn Conferment of the Doctors and Masters (Agr. & For. or Food Sci.) will gather in the grand academic graduation festival. It has been 8 years since the last time and everyone who has graduated since the Solemn Conferment of 2014 are welcome! If you will graduate after May 2nd, but before May 15th and you are willing to participate the Solemn Conferment, please contact us via e-mail mm-promootio2022@helsinki.fi.

Celebrations begin on the Flora’s Day 13th May when the virgo clarissima, the person in charge of preparing the laurel wreaths, presents oneself and culminates in the three-day event from 16th to 18th June. Check the Events and activities of the Solemn Conferment here >

Pre-registration for the Solemn Conferment has been ongoing and actual invitation will be sent to the pre registered during March. If you missed the preregistration, it is still possible to participate – registration link will be opened 10th of March.

Promootion järjestelyt etenevät suunnitellusti ja kutsujen on tarkoitus lähteä matkaan maaliskuun alussa, kun saamme vahvistuksen promootion toteutumisesta.

Maltetaan vielä hetki ja toivotaan, että pääsemme juhlimaan ikimuistoista promootiota tulevana kesänä!

The arrangements for the Solemn Conferment are proceeding as planned and the invitations are scheduled to leave in early March, when we will receive confirmation that the Solemn Conferment will be organized.

Let’s hope we get to celebrate a memorable Solemn Conferment this summer!

Maatalous-metsätieteellisen tiedekunnan promootio on toteutumassa ensi kesäkuussa 16.-18.6.2022. Valmistelut etenevät ja ilmoittautumisia otetaan vastaan toiveikkaina, että pandemiatilanne tuolloin sallii juhlamme.

Promootioon ovat oikeutettuja osallistumaan promovoitavina eli promovendeina vuoden 2014 promootion jälkeen valmistuneet tiedekuntamme maisterit ja tohtorit, sekä lukuvuoden 1972 loppuun mennessä valmistuneet ja promovoidut riemumaisterit ja -tohtorit.

Sitova ilmoittautuminen käynnistyy alkuvuoden 2022 aikana, ja jos olet ennakkoilmoittautunut, saat sitä koskevan kutsun vielä kirjeenä. Tällöin kysymme myös promovendeja koskevat matrikkelitiedot. Osallistumismaksu tulee olemaan 270 euroa ja se on sama sekä promovendille että hänen mahdolliselle seuralaiselleen.

Promovendien lisäksi tiedekunta erikseen kutsuu kanssamme juhlimaan kahdeksan ansioitunutta kunniatohtoria sekä joukon arvokkaita kutsuvieraita.

Promootioon ilmoittautuminen sulkeutuu 30.4.

Mikäli olet valmistumassa 30.4.2022 jälkeen, mutta 15.5.2022 mennessä ja haluat osallistua promootioon, pyydämme ilmoittautumaan sähköpostitse mm-promootio2022@helsinki.fi.

The Solemn Conferment of the Faculty of Agriculture and Forestry will take place in June 16-18th 2022.

Masters and doctors of our faculty who have graduated after the 2014 Solemn Conferment, as well as jubilee masters and doctors who graduated and were promoted by the end of the 1972 academic year, are entitled to participate in the Solemn Conferment.

Binding registration will start in early 2022 (the date will be updated soon).  The participation fee will be 270 euros and it will be the same for masters, doctors and their potential avecs.

In addition to masters and doctors, the faculty separately invites eight deserving honorary doctors as well as a number of valuable invited guests to celebrate with us.

The registration closes on April 30. If you are graduating after that, but by May 15,  and would like to participate in the Solemn Conferment, please register by e-mail mm-promootio2022@helsinki.fi.
