This blog presents social psychological research on intergroup relations, identity and immigrant integration carried out in the discipline of Social Psychology, University of Helsinki.
You can learn more about our research community and its individual members from the People menu. Our Finnish and international partners and visitors are listed in the Collaborations & Visitors menu. Many of us are members of the so called ESSO group (Etnisten suhteiden sosiaalipsykologit) that since 2009 is an open discussion group of students and researchers interested in the social psychological study of intergroup relations. ESSO also serves as a platform for a doctoral seminar “Cultural and Social Diversities and Intergroup relations” of the Doctoral Program in Social Sciences (University of Helsinki). In the News & Activities menu you can find recent events organized by the ESSO group and our research community at large.
