Lämpimästi tervetuloa konferenssiin! Pääset ilmoittautumaan ja maksamaan konferenssin tästä. Ilmoittaudu viimeistään 11.5. Konferenssin osallistumismaksut löytyvät alta. Kahvit ja kaupungin vastaanotto keskiviikkoiltana sisältyvät osallistumismaksuun. Illalliskortti ja lounaat sen sijaan täytyy ostaa erikseen.
Osallistumisen konferenssiin tai konferenssi-illallisen voi perua 11.5.2022 asti ilman erityistä syytä ja sairastumistapauksessa konferenssin alkuun asti.
You are warmly welcomed to the conference! You can register and pay for the conference here. Please register by 11th of May at the latest. You’ll find the participation fees below. Coffee and the Helsinki city reception are included in the conference fee. Lunches and the conference dinner can be bought separately.
You can cancel your participation in the conference or the conference dinner by 11th of May 2022 without a specific reasonand in case of an illness etc. at any time before the beginning of the conference. (by e-mail)

Lämpimästi tervetuloa Helsinkiin! Toivomme, että konferenssin tieteellisen annin lisäksi pääset nauttimaan myös vierailusta kapungissa. Keskiviikkoiltana meidät on kutsuttu kaupungin vastaanototlle Helsingin kaupungintalolle ja keskiviikkona konferenssin vapaaehtoiset järjestävät halukkaille kaupunkikierroksen.
Huom! Konferenssin kiintiö hotellissa on tullut täyteen! Voit silti kysyä hotellista huoneita normaalihinnalla tai majoittua johonkin muuhun Helsingin hotelliin.
Erinomainen majoitusvaihtoehto on konferenssihotelli Grand Central Helsinki, joka sijaitsee Helsingin rautatieaseman vanhoissa tiloissa. Hotellilta on puolen kilometrin kävelymatka keskustakampukselle. We hope that you will enjoy your stay in Helsinki! On Wednesday evening we are invited to the reseption of Helsinki City in the City Hall and on Wedneday afternoon the conference volunteers will organize a tour of the city center.
Please note! Our quota in the hotel is now full. You can still ask for ordinary rooms in the same hotel or you can reserve a hotel room somewhere else in Helsinki.
An excellent option for accommodation is the conference hotel Grand Central Helsinki, which is located in the old building for central railway station. A local train will take you directly from the airport to the hotel and it is a half a kilometer walk from the hotel to the conference site.
