Visit of the Indonesian minister to Department of Forest Sciences April 26

The Indonesian Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education Prof. Mohamad Nasir visited the Department of Forest Sciences on April 26, 2015. He’s delegation was accompanied by group of high level experts from Finnish Universities and from the Indonesian Embassy. He was received by Professors Markku Kanninen and Harri Vasander, who explained their previous and on-going collaboration with Indonesia. During the meeting, several topics were identified as possible areas of cooperation in forest research, education and training between Finnish and Indonesian universities.
