The regular registration continues until 10 June, after which the higher Late Registration Fee will be applied.
The personal information you provide when you register for an event will be stored securely and used only by the conference committee and the hosting organisation. Your name, affiliation and email may be published in the official delegate list. Please contact the organising committee should you wish it to be removed, gogoickl@gmail.com
The Conference fee includes:
- Access to all Conference sessions
- Conference materials
- Refreshments during the scheduled refreshments and lunches on the Conference days
- Welcome Reception hosted by the University of Helsinki on Tuesday evening
Please note that the Conference fee does NOT include printing service, dinner and accommodation. Further details on accommodation options can be found on the Venue & Accommodation section of the conference website.
Participation Categories and Registration fees
- Early Bird Registration: 1 February – 31 March
- Normal Registration fee: 1 April – 10 June
- Late Registration: from 11 June onwards

Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be received in writing. A EUR 30 processing fee will be applied to refund requests made by 26 May 2017. Refunds will not be given for cancellations received after 26 May nor will they be given for failure to attend or unattended events. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference under the condition that the appropriate banking information has been provided.
