Prof. Julie Yu-Wen Chen recently becomes one of the non-resident senior fellows of the China Policy Institute at the University of Nottingham. The China Policy Institute is the UK’s only University-based centre with an explicit remit to engage external stakeholders in government, business, civil society and the media in the area of China studies.

As a non-resident senior fellow, Prof. Chen will promote active engagement and maximize collaborative opportunities with China experts across the world. She will also contribute reguarly to the institute’s online publication “China Policy Institute: Analysis“, which will mostly focus on China’s relations with post-Soviet states, Nordic countries and the African continent.
