Covid-related information:

We kindly ask you to participate in the conference only if you do not have any covid-related symptoms. Please take care of good hand hygiene and keep a safe distance to others. The updated information about the coronavirus situation at the University of Helsinki can be found here.

Venues

The main venue of the conference is the room U3032 in the Main Building of the University of Helsinki. Entrance via Unioninkatu 34, 3rd floor (older side of the Main Building).

The first panel (and the preceding lunch) on June 16 will take place in the University of Helsinki event space Think Corner (Yliopistonkatu 4).

The final reception will take place in the common room of the Helsinki Collegium for Advanced Studies at Fabianinkatu 24A (3rd floor).

All venues are in the City Centre Campus of the University of Helsinki within a short walking distance from each other.

Lunches, dinner and reception

Lunch on June 16, 12 pm: Think Corner (Yliopistonkatu 4)

Dinner on June 16, 7:30 pm: Katajanokan kasino (Laivastokatu 1)

Lunch on June 17, 11:30 am: Restaurant Sofia (Sofiankatu 4 C)

Reception on June 17, 5:15 pm: Helsinki Collegium for Advanced Studies (Fabianinkatu 24 A, 3rd floor)

Transportation from the Airport

Information on public transportation (trains and buses) between the Helsinki Airport and the city center can be found on the HSL website. Most travelers prefer the train. Please note that you need to buy a ticket (regional ticket) from an HSL ticket machine or HSL app before taking the escalator down to the platform.
