The Center for Information Technology at the University of Helsinki offers an electronic form tool, E-lomake, to be used by students, teachers and other staff members.

With the help of E-lomake teachers, researchers and students are able to create, use and administer online forms. Creating an online form is easy, no programming skills are needed. After the forms have been used, they can be stored in the faculty databases and reused later. The users can copy and revise their forms freely. It is possible to create forms with versions in several different languages.
