HPEd, Health Professions Education Research Group, is a young, entusiastic and multidisciplinary research group that studies education and learning in the fields of health care. Our mission is to produce research-based information for the development of teaching on the Meilahti campus.

Our key research topics include active learning methods, technology-enhanced learning and assessment, virtual learning environments, learning interaction skills, developing clinical skills and learning content. We use statistical, qualitative and mixed methods in our research.
