MoodleMoot Finland Conference Fees
Early bird fees are valid until 10 March 2024. After that, the fees rise by 50 euros. Registration is open until 28 April 2024.
- University of Helsinki registration: for those who are from the University of Helsinki (please use the helsinki.fi email address) 100€ (early bird) and 150€ after 10 March 2024
- Registration for others 150€ (early bird) and 200€ after 10 March 2024
The registration fee includes the conference programme, morning and afternoon coffee, lunch on both days and an evening party on 27 May. The price is the same whether you attend the evening party or not, although they appear separately on the receipt. There is a limited number of spots for the evening party so remember to sign-up early. Participants book and pay their own travel and accommodation costs.
Please note that if you cancel your registration by 30 April 2024 you will receive a refund of the conference registration fee, minus a 50 € administrative charge. Refunds are not available after 30 April 2024.
Registration is always binding. Payment occurs immediately. By paying the fees you accept the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy. Fees are payable with a credit card, mobile payments (MobilePay, Siirto), or through an online bank transfer (Finnish banks). Payments are made through the Verifone Finland Oy, BlueCommerce website. Unfortunately, you cannot pay by invoice.
The conference organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, for loss of, or damage to property belonging to participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the Conference. The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind so please check the validity and coverage of your own travel insurance.
If you are participating through a sponsorship agreement or you are a keynote speaker, do not use this registration form; instead, you should have received separate instructions from the moot organizers. In addition, the staff of the University of Helsinki Teaching and Learning Services has received their own instructions for registration through their supervisors.
