The centre of Helsinki has many fine churches representing different styles. Most churches are Lutheran, but Helsinki also has a Catholic church and the largest orthodox church in Western Europe. Visitors can enter the churches to admire the interiors and enjoy the silence throughout the day. Some great examples include Kamppi Chapel of Silence, Temppeliaukio Church (The Rock Church) and of course the Cathedral, which is located right next to our conference venue.
