One of the developmental goals of OLIVE includes online, blended ad hybrid teacher education and a diploma leading toward this direction by adopting and applying collaborative approaches and practices. Peer mentoring and peer learning are such practices that, as with almost everything nowadays, are enhanced by technologies and services of the Web and the internet. Virtual peer mentoring is therefore a key theme in the OLIVE project.
