Registration for the symposium is via the e-form. The symposium fee and abstract submission are included in the registration form.[CLICK HERE TO REGISTER]

The symposium fee can be paid by bank transfer or credit card (Visa, Master Card), choose one or other in the registration form.

The maximum number of participants is 150, including invited speakers. Participants will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis. Deadline for registration & abstract submission is April 30, 2016.

Fee

The full symposium fee 180 € includes scientific program, congress material, lunches and coffees during the breaks, and the social program/dinners.

The reduced symposium fee 150 € includes scientific program, congress material, lunches and coffees during the breaks.

Note: The fees DO NOT include accommodation which can be booked separately.

All payments must be made in EUROS. Please make sure your full name is clearly written so that the payment is registered correctly and please include the reference code in the message field. VAT in registration fees 0%. Final acceptance of your registration is valid only after the payment has been received. A confirmation of the registration will be sent to each participant after the payment has been received.
