RDA, ENVRI PLUS and CSC co-fund this course, take care of the venue and the catering during the day and provide limited support for participants’ travel expenses.
The course is primarily meant for master students, PhD students or post docs from the environmental sciences. However, we would also accept interested students from other scientific disciplines and experts from start-ups. We expect prior knowledge about programming since we will use scripting languages such as Python or PHP and basic knowledge about data. The course is limited to 25 participants.
Training is free of charge. The participants are expected to pay the costs for travel, accommodation and dinner from their own funding sources. After the training event participants can apply for reimbursement up to 700 Euros per person to cover for travel costs.
The deadline for applications is 12th May at 17.00 CET and notifications will be sent to applicants by 19th May. Before submitting your application, please note that cancelling participation later than 31 May and in case of no-show there is a charge of an administration fee of 100 Euros.
