Ainesosat
Marsipaanitäyte kahdelle Galetelle:
- Tomusokeria kuoren ruskistamiseksi
Valmistus:
- Laita uuni lämpenemään 225 asteeseen.
- Sulata taikina pakkauksen ohjeen mukaisesti ja voitele vuoka.
- Sekoita kaikki marsipaanitäytteen ainekset sähkövatkaimella.
- Leikkaa taikinasta kaksi sopivan kokoista ja vuoan muotoista palaa. Aseta toinen niistä leivinpaperille. Levitä leivontasudilla hieman munankeltuaisseosta taikinapalan reunoille.
- Levitä puolet täytteestä vuokaan asetetun taikinalevyn päälle ja aseta toinen taikina kappale sen päälle.
- Painele taikinat sivuista yhteen ja painele hellästi täytteen päältä, jotta se levittyy tasaisesti.
- Koristele päällinen varovasti haarukalla. Älä kuitenkaan tee liikaa syviä reikiä kuoreen. Voit myös käyttää veitsen kärkeä koristelussa.
